This vineyard is uniquely located in the Arroyo Grande Valley, beautifully situated between two coastal corridors. Originally planted in 1982, the Rincon Vineyard soils are shallow and mostly comprised of Diablo and dark Calcarious clays. These well established vines produce wines with distinct mineral characters and intense tropical flavors.

The 2015 Chardonnay from Talley Rincon Vineyard is bright, focused and sculptured. Orchard fruit and floral notes abound in this delineated, classy Chardonnay from Brian Talley’s vineyard in Arroyo Grande. The 75% new French oak is hidden amongst the orange blossoms and spice. The 100% malolactic fermentation, and native yeast brings about a true and distinct profile of one of our favorite vineyards. Vinous and Robert Parker 93 Points.
