The 2024 Aligotè was aged and fermented in both stainless barrels as well as oak puncheons. This refreshing white wine has a uniquely beautiful color that shows a flash of greenish hue. No new oak was used, so this allows the wine to come across with precise flavors and bright minerality.  At 12.5% Alc., this balanced wine shows no signs of heaviness. These vines are planted in deep sand on the farthest Western edge of the Sta Rita Hills, just outside the AVA. Aligotè is a fun white Burgundy alternative, and lacks the malic butteryness that Chardonnay always seems to develop to a certain degree in barrel.  Serve slightly chilled.
